As usual my students excelled the Munsiff Magistrate Test conducted recently by the Kerala High Court , the results of which came on 19th June. 86 students came out successfully in the test including the first, second and fourth ranks and almost all scoring above 100 marks.
Angel Jose Rose stood first with marks 155 out of 200, Vinitha Pai stood second in rank bagging 145 marks and Joan Joseph fourth rank with 139 marks. In the year 2018 also Angel and Vinitha had secured first rank and second rank, but unfortunately both of them could not appear for the final exam in 2018 since both of them were beset with some physical ailment and severe fever and hospitalized on the days of the Main Examination. They were not disheartened by the misfortune and they worked hard again and this year also maintained their previous year’s status in RANK.
The spectacular achievement in the recent MM test is a repetition of the results in all previous preliminary tests , for example, during the 2017 test, Adv I.R. Rajalakshmi was the first rank holder with 155 marks among other 65 winners. Adv I.R.Rajalakshmi also won the First rank in the Legal Assistants test conducted by the Kerala Public Service Commission. For the Mains 2018, when the Kerala High Court published the results, out of 72 who became eligible for viva voce, I am proud to say that 33 students were mine.
Arundhathi Dileep secured first rank in the Main Exam 2018 ( general category), G Padmakumar First rank in the by Transfer Category and Jinimol First rank in the NCA category. Out of these 33 students who were presented for the viva voce test, 15 students including the First Rank holders in the final selection, Arundhathi Dileep, G Padma Kumar and Jinimol have been selected for training the Kerala Judicial Academy for being appointed as Munsiff Magistrates. They all were inducted to Kerala Judicial Service on 1st February,2019 in a colourful ceremony in the presence of a galaxy of brilliant judges of our High Court. They all started their training regularly from 4th February.
The day they took a decision to get trained under me for the test, the day they joined me for the course and the day when they were inducted into Judicial Service will remain tall in their memory through out. A real turning point in their life…. Fruits of labour and hard work amply rewarded ….destined to sit in the judicial chair to the envy of many. Among the judicial officers in Kerala, a total of 116 judicial officers including four District judges were my students on different years starting from 2009. There are my students in the Karnataka Judicial service and Tamilnadu Judicial service also. I wish them all the best in their life… May God shower upon them His choicest blessings to keep their judgments error free always and ever.
Admission to Judicial Service Examination ( Munsiff Magistrate Test and DJ Test – preliminary) and other Law related tests is restricted by previous registration over phone. Admission is not for every one asking it. Only those who are genuinely interested and who promise to work hard may join. Other terms and conditions regarding attendance and the discipline to be maintained etc will be intimated during the introductory session.
Admission to 2020 batch has already been started and will be closed on the first day of the class itself. The 2020 Batch is tentatively proposed to be commenced on 23rd August. Admission will be open till that date, but subject to previous registration.
Whats App Messages will be sent to all those who have registered for the course regarding the date of introductory session time schedule etc.
Success in Judicial service examination is not to be taken as a chance. Success depends upon the choice you take…. It is your choice that determines your future. Many students can come out successful even without coaching depending upon the institution where they pursued their primary legal education (LL.B), the way they were trained there, the studiousness they showed in studies for LL.B, the mind set to work hard, a genuine interest in their studies, and finally a very firm and unswerving desire to become a judicial officer and finally effective preparation to accomplish their aspiration… in short, a complete dedication to the task in hand…. But a majority requires a push too… a small push to attain the goal…. This is for, you have to take the RIGHT CHOICE….READ THE BLOGS AND DETAILS OF THE RESULTS IN THE JSE GIVEN IN THIS WEB PAGE…. It is your decision… IF YOU FIND A BETTER CHOICE, DEFINTELY TAKE IT…. GET TRAINED THERE AND BE A JUDICIAL OFFICER …..THE FUTURE IS YOURS…. ALL THE BEST…
