Earlier this test was being conducted by the Home Department of the Government of Kerala through some governmental agency like IMG, LBS etc. This has since been entrusted to the Kerala Public Service Commission and the test is now conducted by the PSC .
Dr Nair has been coaching for this course even from the year 2002 and many of his former students are now Assistant Public Prosecutors. From among these Assistant Public Prosecutors, a few have already become Munsiff Magistrates in Kerala and one as District Judge in Karnataka.
OUT OF THE 96 CANDIDATES INCLUDED IN THE FINAL MERIT LIST OF APPs PUBLISHED BY THE PSC ON 14TH MAY, 33 ARE STUDENTS TRAINED BY Dr NAIR STARTING FROM SHYAM KRISHNA WITH THIRD RANK.

RANKS … RANKS …RANKS. Result of the Munsiff Magistrate Test conducted by the High Court of Kerala is out. Out of the 69 candidates included in the select list, 33 are my students. Out of the FIRST SEVEN ranks ,FIVE were grabbed by my students.
